Cancellation Policy
Reservations made during the early booking period are non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the full reservation amount will be charged, and no refunds will be issued. Early booking period: 01.09.2024 – 22.12.2024
For reservations made after the early booking period, cancellations can be made free of charge up to 16 days before the check-in date. Cancellations or date changes made between 15 and 8 days before the check-in date will incur a charge of 35% of the total stay. Cancellations or date changes made within 7 days or less before the check-in date will not be accepted, and 100% of the total stay will be charged.
Cancellation requests must be sent via email to
info@megasarayhotels.com. The hotel will review the request within fourteen days of receiving the cancellation notice and will issue a refund if deemed appropriate.

Hereinafter referred to as the "Guest."
2.Subject
This agreement defines the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the accommodation service and its associated features, as specified in this contract.
3.Main Features of the Service & Payment Information
3.1. The type, date, sales price, payment method, and guest details are specified in the reservation form.
3.2. To confirm the reservation, the full accommodation fee must be paid at the time of booking. If payment is not received, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
3.3. Prices include VAT and accommodation tax. Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer/EFT. The invoice will be provided physically or via email at check-out.
3.4. The reservation is considered confirmed only when the full payment is received. If the payment is incomplete, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation and claim damages from the guest.
3.5. Guests using installment payments via credit card must confirm interest rates and default interest conditions with their bank.
3.6. The hotel accepts Visa, MasterCard, and credit cards and reserves the right to request pre-authorization.
3.7. Refunds for cancellations, if applicable, will be made to the bank account specified in the request form. No cash refunds will be issued.
4.Right of Withdrawal & Modifications
4.1. Reservations made during the early booking period are non-refundable.

4.1.1. If the guest arrives late for their stay without prior cancellation or modification, no refund will be issued for unused nights.
4.2. In the event of a serious illness or death of the guest or their immediate family member, a valid medical report from a fully equipped state hospital (with at least 10 days of mandatory rest) or an official death certificate must be provided before the check-in date. In such cases, the cancellation penalties will not apply.
4.3. Requests for cancellations or modifications must be sent via email to mountreservation@megasarayhotels.com, through the guest’s online account, or via the call center.
4.4. The hotel will review cancellation requests within 14 business days. If approved, the amount paid will be refunded to the guest.
5.Force Majeure
5.1. Unforeseeable and uncontrollable events such as natural disasters, wars, terrorism, strikes, or government-imposed restrictions that prevent the hotel from fulfilling its obligations shall be considered force majeure.
5.2. If the hotel is unable to provide the agreed service due to force majeure, the guest will be informed immediately. In such cases, the total amount paid will be refunded within 14 days, and the contract will be canceled. The guest agrees not to claim any additional compensat
6.General Terms & Conditions
6.1. Pets are allowed at the hotel for an additional fee. Guests can obtain pricing details from the hotel or call center.
6.2. Child discounts apply only if the child stays in the same room as their parents. The guest must provide correct identification details at check-in. Any discrepancy in the child's age may result in additional charges.
6.3. Check-in time is from 14:00, and check-out time is by 12:00. The hotel is not obliged to provide rooms before check-in time.
6.4. Special requests by the guest do not create an obligation for the hotel. Additional charges may apply for extra services.
6.5. The guest is responsible for providing accurate and complete information in the reservation form. The hotel is not liable for issues arising from incorrect information.
6.6. The hotel is not responsible for system errors, unauthorized modifications, or price discrepancies caused by external interventions.
6.7. Failure to enforce any clause of this agreement does not constitute a waiver of rights by the hotel.
6.8. In the event of a dispute, the guest agrees that the hotel's official records and electronic data shall serve as binding evidence.
6.9. This agreement is governed by Turkish law. Disputes shall be settled in accordance with consumer protection laws, and guests may file complaints with consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts within legal limits.
7.Enforcement
By electronically approving this agreement, the guest acknowledges that they have been fully informed about the hotel's policies, rights, and obligations, including cancellation conditions, payment terms, and applicable fees.
