Cancellation Terms for Megasaray Club Belek and Megasaray Resort Side

Cancellations or modifications made at least 10 days prior to the scheduled arrival date by 14:00 (local time) will not incur any penalty. For any cancellations or modifications made after this deadline, or in the case of a no-show, the total cost of the accommodation will be charged in full. Subject to the refund criteria, any prepayment amounts shall be credited back to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Cancellations or modifications made at least 3 days prior to the scheduled arrival date by 14:00 (local time) will not incur any penalty. For any cancellations or modifications made after this deadline, or in the case of a no-show, the cost of a 3-night stay will be charged. Subject to the refund criteria, any prepayment amounts shall be credited back to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Hereinafter referred to as the "Guest".

2.Subject Matter

This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the accommodation services purchased by the Guest.

3.Essential Characteristics of the Service and Payment Details

3.1 The service type, date, sales price, payment method, and guest information are specified in the reservation form.

3.2 For the reservation to become definitive, the total cost of the accommodation must be paid at the time of booking. Failure to remit payment shall result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation.

3.3 Prices are inclusive of VAT and accommodation tax. Payments may be made via credit card or wire transfer/EFT. The invoice shall be issued physically or via e-mail at the time of check-out.

3.4 The reservation shall be deemed confirmed upon receipt of the payment in full. In the event of partial payment, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation and claim compensation for any damages incurred.

3.5 Guests opting for installment payments via credit card are obliged to consult their respective banks regarding interest rates and default conditions.

3.6 The Hotel accepts Visa and MasterCard and reserves the right to pre-authorize the card.

3.7 Refunds, when applicable, shall be remitted to the account designated by the Guest. No cash refunds shall be issued.

4.Right of Withdrawal and Modifications

4.1 Cancellation and modification terms are subject to the property-specific cancellation policies set forth above.

  4.1.1 In the event of a late arrival by the Guest without prior cancellation or modification of the reservation, no refund shall be issued for any unused nights.

4.2 In the event of severe illness or death of the Guest or a first-degree relative, a medical report obtained from a fully-fledged state hospital indicating a requirement for at least 10 days of rest, or an official death certificate, must be submitted. In such cases, no cancellation penalty shall apply.

4.3 Requests for cancellation or modification must be submitted via e-mail, the guest account portal, or the call center.

4.4 The Hotel shall evaluate cancellation requests within 14 business days. Upon approval, the payment shall be refunded.

5.Force Majeure

5.1 Circumstances beyond the control of the Hotel, such as natural disasters, war, acts of terrorism, strikes, or official restrictions, shall be deemed force majeure.

5.2 In the event that the Hotel is unable to provide services due to such circumstances, the Guest shall be notified, and the paid amount shall be refunded within 14 days. The Guest shall not claim any additional compensation.

6.General Provisions

6.1 Child discounts are applicable provided the children share the same room with their parents.

6.2 Check-in time is 14:00, and check-out time is 12:00.

6.3 Special requests are not binding on the Hotel.

6.4 The Guest is obligated to provide accurate information.

6.5 The Hotel shall not be held liable for system errors.

6.6 The failure to exercise any right shall not be construed as a waiver.

6.7 The records of the Hotel shall be deemed conclusive evidence.

6.8 This Agreement is governed by Turkish law.

7.Effectiveness

By electronically confirming this Agreement, the Guest shall be deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions herein.
