The Mega Club Card is an exclusive loyalty program designed to create unforgettable experiences at Megasaray Hotels and DAS3917. This program offers our guests a variety of benefits and privileges to make their stay special. Starting from April 1, 2024, our guests will be automatically assigned to one of the various Mega Club Card categories based on their length of stay, room type, and period, with each category encompassing carefully calculated points. By using the virtual Mega Club Card, our guests can collect points during each stay, which they can redeem on their next visit for even more benefits. The Mega Club Card turns your stay into not just a holiday, but also a reward.
The Mega Club Card offers different benefits according to the card type, based on the number of accommodation points.
Each card level is carefully designed to reward guest loyalty and provide an unforgettable stay.

SILVER MEMBER
Silver Mega Club Card Members with 300 to 14,999 points can enjoy special discounts and offers.

GOLD MEMBER
Gold Mega Club Card Members with 15,000 to 39,999 points receive additional benefits, including complimentary room upgrades and priority reservations.

Terms and Conditions
- Reservation discounts are valid only for direct bookings made through Megasaray Hotels call center and official website.
- Diamond cardholders are entitled to one free day-use for one guest; subsequent uses are discounted at 50%.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability on the day of arrival/departure.
- Free A La Carte usage does not apply to The Butcher and Lagos A La Carte restaurants.
- DAS Hotels discounts are valid for direct bookings made through the call center.
- Special discount rates for Mega Club Card holders at DAS Hotels and DAS Apres cannot be combined with other promotions.
Notes:
- Mega Club Card discounts do not apply to reservations made for special purposes such as meetings, weddings, football, tennis, etc., where special price offers are valid.
- Discounts do not apply to payments made on behalf of guests (Paid out transactions).

Mega Club Card Loyalty Program
The Mega Club Card is a loyalty program for guests aged 13 and over.
Guests staying in the Complimentary, Inspection, and Tennis groups are excluded from this program.
New members or existing members who upgrade their category can only benefit from the current benefits on their next stay.
As the Mega Club Card loyalty program is a virtual program, notifications are automatically sent to the email addresses provided at check-in one day after check-out.
Guests eligible to hold a card agree to the participation and usage terms set by the hotel.
Megasaray Hotels reserves the right to change discounts and card benefits without prior notice.
Additionally, the benefits of the Mega Club Card may vary depending on the summer and winter concepts applied by the hotel.
To take advantage of the Mega Club Card benefits, the cardholder must be present at the hotel.
Guests who do not wish to participate in the program can contact the hotel at megaclub@megasarayhotels.com to cancel their card. Cancellation will be processed within 3 business days of notification, and the guest will be informed accordingly.
