• Concert and live performance: 20:30 – 23:00
  
• Ticket price: 2000 TL per person
  
• Sales channel: Only through our Call Center at 444 9 178
  
• There is an 18+ age limit for the event.
  
• Ticketed entries will be made through the hotel’s main gate and beach gate.
  
• Please keep your ticket and/or wristband with you throughout the event.
• Spectators who leave the event area will lose their rights; re-entry will require purchasing a new ticket.
  
• Visual & Audio Usage: Participants, by entering the event area, are deemed to have accepted the taking of photos and videos; and that the captured images may be used across all platforms by Megasaray Hotels (San-Tur Turizm A.Ş.).
  
• The sound systems in the event area may cause temporary hearing problems. Smoke and fog machines may be used in the area.
  
• Food & Beverages: It is forbidden to bring food and beverages from outside into the festival area.
  
• Food & beverages offered in the event area are included in the ticket price and unlimited.
  
• For consumptions outside the event area (Main Restaurant, Lobby Bar, Pool Bar, etc.), credit card or cash payment is valid.
  
• Service may be stopped for guests who consume excessive alcohol.
  
• Transportation & Parking: Within the scope of the event, valet service is not available; parking arrangements are under the responsibility of the guests.
  
• Security & Responsibility: Entry with sharp objects, cutting tools, flammable substances, etc. is strictly prohibited.
  
• The organization is not responsible for lost items.
  
• Refunds & changes: Determined by Megasaray Hotels and may be updated when necessary.
  
• Megasaray Hotels reserves the right to make changes in the program (artist, concert, schedule, etc.) and ticket prices.
  
• Megasaray Hotels has the right to refuse entry to persons deemed unsuitable, refunding the ticket price.
